  • Our standard shipping is between 10-15 working days for UK deliveries on personalised garments after a pre-production proof has been confirmed. 


  • We offer a flat rate shipping fee of £4.99 to UK mainland.

  • We do not currently provide international shipping to areas outside of the UK.


  • Every effort will be made to deliver goods on time but ARLO Original Ltd cannot be held responsible for late or non-delivery, and will not be responsible for any loss or damage whether arising directly or indirectly from the late delivery or short delivery of the goods.


  • All shortages, damaged, production errors or non-delivery of goods must be notified to us by telephone within 48-hours and confirmed in writing within 3 working days.


  • ARLO Original Ltd hold no responsibility for damaged or lost items when a customer has requested goods to be left in specific collection locations e.g. behind bin, or collected from school. Any damaged parcels should be checked in front of courier and signed for accordingly.


  • Goods being returned will be entirely at ARLO Original Ltd's discretion, except where a manufacturing fault is found or ARLO Original Ltd have supplied the wrong item.


  • Items which have been printed/embroidered or specially procured will not be eligible for return unless a manufacturing fault is found.

  • Any items which are returned for credit or alternative must be returned within 28 days of delivery and in an unused condition and returned with the original packaging which they were supplied in. Return postage is the buyers responsibility ARLO Original Ltd does not currently offer free returns. Any returns should be returned with insured/signed for delivery with the tracking details provided ARLO Original Ltd. Returns should be sent to ARLO Original Ltd at Unit 11 Murcar Commercial Park, Denmore Road, Bridge of Don, AB23 8JW. Returns can take up to 15 working days to be processed.
